Ali Nihad Tarlan Primary School, founded in 1982, is located in Istanbul, Turkey and named after a famous Turkish historian, poet and professor. There are 1250 students from 5 to 10 years old. We have 60 teachers and 42 classes including pre-school and 2 classes for students with special needs. Our students learn English as a second language. In our school, social activities such as drama, robotic coding, chess, and folk dances take place. Our school has an [*]eSafety Label.

We are running 3 different Erasmus+ projects simultaneously.

Apart From the AGORA Project, the other two Erasmus+ projects are about environmental issues.

  • Green Fingers For a Brighter Tomorrow (2018-1-UK01-KA229-047885) is about raising environmental awareness among students.
  • If You Harm The Environment, You Will Be Harmed (2020-1-CZ01-KA229-078319) is about developing environmental consciousness and the importance of recycling.
  • AGORA (2019-1-RS01-KA201-000833)
